The hotel has a beautiful setting and nice facilities, but the service needs improvement, especially in housekeeping and dining. The room was comfortable but had some cleanliness issues. The location is great for accessing Patong and nearby attractions, while the dining options left a lot to be desired with limited variety.

The room was clean and comfortable, but accessing the kettle and coffee cups was quite inconvenient as they were placed at the bottom of the bar fridge. Overall, it had a beautiful view but had a noticeable damp smell.
